Service Partners in Des Moines, IA seeks an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a defined territory within our insulation and building products division. You will drive growth, build lasting relationships, and promote our brand while operating with high energy and accountability.

The role includes significant field work with up to 75% travel, base plus commission compensation, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing organization that values integrity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Able to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospect in territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgements.
