Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in our insulation and building products distribution division in Minnesota. You will manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and represent our brand with integrity and initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver''s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient with processing dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgments.
