Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory and drive sales growth for its insulation and building products distribution division. You will build strong customer relationships, present to prospects, and relentlessly pursue high performance with uncapped earnings potential.

You’ll operate in a sales-focused environment with a base + commission package, benefits, and opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in your territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity within your territory.
• Act as a business representative to grow sales and promote our brand.
• Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiently process dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgments.
