Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in paint, coatings, or related building materials.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a requirement.
• Established relationships with local painting contractors and industry customers.
• Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and developing new business.
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with local contractors and customers.
