Behr Paint Company is seeking an Outside Pro Sales Representative to own a portfolio of professional customers across residential repaint, commercial painting, and multi-family housing, driving sales and long-term relationships.

You will execute strategic market plans, track progress in Salesforce, and collaborate with the Pro Paint Specialist and Territory Sales Rep to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. A hunter mentality and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who works independently and in a team environment.
• Track record of successful selling abilities.
• Experience in home creation/improvement industry is a plus.
• CRM skills with Salesforce (training provided; digital fluency a plus).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of professional customers across key segments such as residential repaint, commercial painting, or multi‑family housing.
• Execute a strategic market plan and target high‑potential accounts; track progress in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with local Pro Paint Specialist and Territory Sales Representative to ensure customers receive the right products at the right time.
• Boost sales and gallon growth as a key measure of success; build long-term relationships.
