Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand a local paint and coatings territory. The role emphasizes building relationships with painting contractors and industry customers, with a proven track record of growing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a hunter mentality, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage a field-based territory with self-motivation and organization.

Competenze

• Proven outside sales experience in paint, coatings, or related building materials.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a requirement.
• Established relationships with local painting contractors and industry customers.
• Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and developing new business.
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
