You’ll drive sales by executing strategic market plans, engaging with contractors, and leveraging Salesforce to track progress.

This role requires a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a team environment.
• Track record of successful selling abilities.
• Experience in the home creation/improvement industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of professional customers across key segments and grow territory.
• Execute a strategic market plan and target high-potential accounts.
• Track progress using Salesforce CRM and stay data-driven.
• Collaborate with local Pro Paint Specialist and Territory Sales Representative to ensure customers receive the right products at the right time.
• Drive sales and gallon growth as core success metrics.
