Job summary

TopBuild Corp. is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in our insulation and building products distribution division.

You will manage your own territory, develop relationships with customers, and promote our brand with strong presentation and negotiation skills. You should have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of the building industry or insulation products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• General Contractor and building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution while growing sales.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote our brand.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
