Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a defined territory and drive growth in insulation and building products. You will represent the brand, cultivate relationships with dealers and customers, and pursue new business oportunidades through proactive prospecting and effective presentations.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, personable, and driven, with 3–5 years of outside sales experience and knowledge of the building industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver''s license required for company travel.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Understanding construction drawings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales by managing your territory and growing the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and prospects in your territory.
• Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively to close deals.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgments.
• Travel within territory up to 75%
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
