Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to serve local territory through face-to-face meetings with business owners and employees. You will combine consultative selling with ongoing client support as an independent contractor in a flexible, growth-oriented role.

From onboarding through licensing and continuous education, you will build lasting relationships, present benefit options, enroll clients, and manage territories with a disciplined, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options.
• Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems.
• Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals.
• Track and report daily and weekly activity.
