Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to grow revenue by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. You will provide equipment rental solutions through consultative selling, proactive prospecting, and effective territory management.

You will build credibility as a trusted advisor through deep product knowledge, professional communication, and consistent follow-up while meeting Sunstate’s service standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to learn Sunstate equipment and services quickly.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office; ability to use mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and lead conversion.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Educate customers on products and applications to support operations.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing with customers to balance value and Sunstate objectives.
• Use CRM to document activity and manage follow-ups; collaborate with internal teams.
