Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated entry-level Territory Sales Representative in the United States. You will engage with small and medium businesses to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions, supported by a comprehensive training program.

Expect a mix of one-on-one meetings and group presentations, with autonomy to manage your schedule and expand your territory. You will use Salesforce to curate leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with sales background welcome.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and manage leads and build client portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily activities and sales progress.
