Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new territory. You will meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face, presenting industry-leading supplemental insurance products.

Training is provided to develop your client acquisition and retention skills, with ongoing mentorship and performance-based incentives. You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and record daily activity while targeting steady weekly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Licensing: Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers
• Present supplemental insurance products and services
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client needs and goals
• Visit new businesses and build client relationships
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager oversight
• Record daily activity and sales stats
