Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. The role focuses on meeting business owners in person, presenting supplemental insurance products, and growing client portfolios through a structured, training-supported program.

You will work with a dynamic team of producers, responding to inquiries via multiple channels, and aiming to meet and exceed monthly targets with a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to develop a new book of business.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Utilize CRM to curate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on inquiries.
• Visit new businesses and re-service existing clients to grow your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets and plan weekly schedules.
