Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region. The role involves managing relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers as well as woodworkers, conducting consultative sales discussions in person and virtually.

The candidate will travel within the territory, use CRM for daily activity tracking, and leverage Microsoft Office tools to support Sales activities. A competitive compensation package includes base and commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally outside sales within building materials or construction industries.
• Eager to learn with a drive to achieve sales growth and provide solutions to customers.
• Proficiency with CRM programs to track activity, plan calls and follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and woodworkers in the territory.
• Engage in structured consultative sales discussions in person and virtually as a business advisor.
• Travel to customers three to four days per week and handle in-field visits.
