Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow business in Woodinville, WA, Bothell, WA, and Everett, WA. This role requires engaging in structured consultative sales discussions, managing relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and providing business advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, preferably within the building materials industry, and a passion for customer solutions. The position comes with a competitive compensation package, including a total annual earning potential of $75,000-$100,000, a car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in building materials or construction industries.
• Eager to learn and solve customer problems.
• Able to effectively use CRM software for sales tracking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities with manufacturers and woodworkers.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions both in-person and virtually.
• Travel to customer locations three to four days a week.
