Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across designated territories, leveraging leads and prospecting new clients. You will present tailored wildlife control solutions to homeowners, managers, and partners, while building lasting customer relationships.

The role focuses on consultative sales, field visits, and timely closing of deals with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Outside sales experience in pest control, roofing, construction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in the field and manage schedule independently.
• Proficiency with various software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in territory through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive sales.
• Partner with operations to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
