Job summary

Critter Control Operations is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You’ll identify opportunities, consult with customers, and deliver tailored solutions while building long‑term relationships across the territory.

You will respond to leads, self‑generate opportunities, and work with teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Willing to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Outside sales experience, preferably in related fields.
• Ability to work in the field and manage your schedule independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in territory and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Assess needs and propose humane wildlife services with a consultative approach.
• Build a personal pipeline to exceed sales targets and close deals.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up to close deals and re-engage past prospects.
