Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting and developing relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will assess wildlife needs, propose humane services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset with proven outside sales experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop in-territory opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Consult customers to understand wildlife issues and recommend humane services.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
