Critter Control Operations is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across a dedicated territory. You will respond to leads, prospect new business, and present tailored wildlife removal and prevention solutions to homeowners and managers.

This role rewards performance with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, 401k with match, and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel up to 10% and required visits to Atlanta within 30 days are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Willing to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset with proven outside sales experience.
• Ability to work in the field and manage your schedule independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wildlife and pest issues and recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on leads and build your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in territory via networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands.
• Partner with operations to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
