Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional to grow with us in Arnold, MO. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer top-tier supplemental insurance products and services while building your own book of business.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who handle rejection, are coachable, and willing to work a full-time 40-hour week in a dynamic, commission-based environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience (as alternative)
• Experience in or willingness to learn insurance or health/life products
• Ability to set own schedule and manage a sales territory

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from clients via email and phone
• Set follow-up appointments with prospects to assess needs
• Meet with business owners/decision-makers in person
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Work with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets and quotas
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily
