Job summary

Altitude Group in Memphis is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow with us. You will call on small and medium-sized businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and offer our supplemental insurance products and services.

We provide extensive training, a clear path for advancement, and a compensation model with weekly draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and stock share opportunities. A full-time 40-hour week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Sell to small and medium-sized businesses in assigned territory.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to offer insurance products.
• Present to employee groups of 50–100+ people.
• Set follow-up appointments and maintain your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
