Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional for our Kansas territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products, build a personal book of business, and develop relationships in your community.

We provide extensive training online and hands-on in the field. If you are self-starting, resilient, and eager to level up your career, this is a strong fit. Travel is available but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
