Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic sales professional for an outside sales role in Portland, OR. You will meet business owners and benefit managers face-to-face to offer top supplemental insurance products, while building your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Strong in face-to-face presentations and relationship building with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Sell to small and mid-sized businesses in your territory through in-person meetings.
• Call on owners, benefits managers and employees to present insurance products.
• Build and manage a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily to the sales manager.
• Schedule your hours and coordinate with the sales team for growth opportunities.
