Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its outside sales team in Missouri and seeks a driven professional to cover a defined territory. You will train, meet with business owners, and present industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to employees’ needs.

You’ll build client relationships, manage leads, and work with the team to hit monthly and quarterly goals. This is a performance-based role with commission and draw pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in B2B environments.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales/athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated assigned territory with outbound and inbound calls.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions tailored to employees' needs.
• Develop and manage a local client portfolio and referrals.
• Record daily activity and progress toward targets in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
