Job summary

Mersen is a global expert in electrical specialties and advanced materials for high-tech industries. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will cultivate, grow, and maintain customer relationships within your assigned territory, identifying needs and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.

You will travel about 20 weeks annually to support customers, develop business and participate in industry events or tradeshows, while generating sales reports and refining selling

Qualifications

• Professional experience required: 6–10 years.
• Education: Undergraduate — Associate's, Bachelor's, or equivalent extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, maintain, and grow territory sales.
• Travel approximately 20 weeks per year to support customers, business development, and industry events or tradeshows.
• Generate and submit sales reporting.
• Recommend and advise selling strategy to drive sales.
• Support and work in a partnership with the territory Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.
• Understand and maintain continual learning of products, materials, and applications.
• Achieve territory sales goals and quotas.
• Drive projects and push for resolution as needed.
