Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is a Fortune 500 company seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to drive sales in the Washington/Algona area. You will secure distribution, negotiate pricing, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals within assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Secure and maintain distribution of PCA products; provide pricing and negotiate terms.
• Develop and monitor lead generation plans to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate with design to improve packaging solutions.
• Oversee account management activities including forecasting and credit where applicable.
