• Satisfies customer needs and expands business by maintaining relationships.
• Coordinates with design department to improve existing designs and develop new ones.
• Reviews opportunities and processes with sales manager and recommends improvements.
• Manages overall account activities including recordkeeping, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and collections.
