Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment in the territory. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, conduct consultative discussions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, product knowledge, and proactive problem solving to expand business and profitability for Richelieu’s premium solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions/consultative-based outside sales toward Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Developed planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
• Ability to manage own schedule and deliver results.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify key major account opportunities within Kitchen & Bath dealer segment to drive regional growth.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to understand their business and needs.
• Maintain growth of territory through new acquisitions and strengthen existing relationships.
• Analyze past buying patterns and position Richelieu as a preferred supplier.
• Provide exceptional customer service and become a one-stop shop for customers.
• Stay up to date with Richelieu product offerings and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting.
