Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to expand our dealer network and drive revenue in the assigned territory. You will identify major account opportunities, engage in in-person and virtual meetings, and cultivate new and existing relationships with customers to grow market share.

The role requires staying informed about Richelieu’s diverse product offerings and delivering exceptional service while managing CRM data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Analytical planning and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment and drive sales growth.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to understand their business and present Richelieu solutions.
• Grow territory through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships.
• Analyze buying patterns and propose strategies to become a preferred supplier.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain CRM records and reporting.
