Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Producer license in your state.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated territory with outside sales activities.
• Attend classroom and field training with sales trainers.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance solutions.
• Develop and manage a growing client portfolio.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on referrals to maximize sales.
• Record daily activity and progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with sales team to set and hit monthly/quarterly goals.
