Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet face-to-face with business owners, benefits managers, and employees to present industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services, while driving client acquisition and retention.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Outside direct sales in your own territory with training provided
• Ability to identify and acquire new business while retaining existing accounts
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage business owners and decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs
• Visit businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team manager
• Track daily activity and sales progress and report to your team
