Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to cover a new territory. You will build a book of business through in-person calls to businesses, focusing on acquiring and retaining clients for supplemental insurance products.

You will receive comprehensive training, meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers, and work with a dynamic team to reach monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (or close to degree).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in own territory targeting small and medium businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to clients.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to assess client needs and build relationships.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily sales activity and keep schedules updated.

Education
