Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and drive sales across our product lines. You will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with marketing and product management to shape go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in customer relationship management in the precast concrete and underground construction industry.
• Ability to develop account and territory sales plans to meet goals.
• Strong collaboration with product management, marketing, engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Create solutions for customers using current product offerings and specs.
• Establish account and territory plans to meet annual, quarterly and monthly goals.
• Ensure high post-sales satisfaction and long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain customer relationship documentation to support quotes and growth in the CRM.
• Capture voice of customer to understand needs for product offerings.
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
• Participate in entertainment functions, trade shows, and seminars.
