Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking an accomplished sales professional to promote and sell services within an assigned US territory. You will respond to customer needs, leverage relationships, and develop new clients by prospecting and responding to leads to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, coordinating delivery, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with DSM, credit, and A/R to resolve issues while expanding the customer base.

Qualifications

• External sales experience is required.
• Familiarity with technical product lines preferred.
• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provides full-service support for existing customer base in assigned territory including sales and delivery.
• Manages sales volume with an existing customer group and assists with prospecting to expand the customer base.
• Services and maintains orders to customers within assigned territory.
• Participates in pricing for assigned accounts.
• Works with DSM but requires autonomous decision making for outside territory.
• Partners with customers, vendors, credit, and A/R to resolve customer service issues.
• Identifies customer product needs and consummates sales.
