Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and develop strategies with cross-functional teams. You will report to the Director of Sales and work with marketing and product management on product lines.

Responsibilities include creating customer solutions, planning territory sales, ensuring post-sales satisfaction, maintaining CRM records, and engaging with channel partners and customers at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in sales or business development within the construction/industrial sector.
• Experience with precast concrete or underground construction is preferred.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Create customer solutions using knowledge of products and specifications.
• Establish account and territory sales plans to meet annual goals.
• Ensure post-sales satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain CRM-based documentation of customer interactions and opportunities.
• Capture voice of customer to align product offerings with needs.
• Develop relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
• Participate in customer entertainment, trade shows and seminars.
