You will receive classroom and field training, use Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers, present industry-leading insurance solutions, and drive territory growth through performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
