Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team and seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory in the United States. The role involves classroom and field training, then calling on small- and medium-sized businesses to present supplemental insurance solutions tailored to employees.

You will schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers, visit businesses, and work with clients' employees on an individual basis as well as conduct group sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships quickly with clients.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage territory.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to employee needs.
• Visit new businesses, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Record daily activity and sales progress; collaborate with team to hit targets.
