Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated local territory. You will train extensively and then independently generate new business, meeting with owners and decision-makers to tailor industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Proven track record in sales, athletics, or leadership roles.

• Background in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated territory with classroom and field training.
• Make in-person sales calls to SMBs and present supplemental insurance solutions.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage accounts.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and track daily activity.
