Spurs Supply Co. in Memphis, TN is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. This field-based role focuses on expanding our customer base in the Memphis market and growing existing accounts through relationship building and opportunity development.

You will prospect, meet clients, nurture relationships, and close quotes and orders while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and collaborating with warehouse and operations for smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outside sales or related experience.
• Experience in supply, distribution, construction, fencing, building materials, or related industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new business throughout the Memphis market.
• Spend time in the field meeting with contractors, businesses and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.
• Prepare, present, follow up on, and close quotes and orders.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and follow-up activity.
• Track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in our CRM.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Stay knowledgeable on product lines, pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
