Job summary

Eastern Metal Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a defined territory in West Tennessee, West Kentucky, SE Missouri, East Arkansas, and North Mississippi. You will guide the Inside sales team, drive sales, and manage customer relationships to achieve company sales and profit goals.

The role focuses on strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with R&D to shape future products and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Prior outside sales experience is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs sales activity by leading Inside sales team and reporting performance/market trends for the territory.
• Facilitates sales planning and execution to support territory growth.
• Analyze sales trends and market conditions to drive planning and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop product/market roadmaps.
• Engage customers through visits, on-site meetings, and industry trade shows.
