Job summary

Techstyles Sportswear seeks a Sales Representative to drive revenue by developing new accounts and managing relationships in the Memphis territory. The role coordinates with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, with regular travel.

The candidate should have 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong prospecting and closing skills. Compensation includes W-2 with commission and/or 1099 full-commission structures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear, decorated goods, team dealer channel, or promotional products
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong prospecting and closing skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
• Self-directed; able to manage time and priorities without daily oversight

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across target segments: schools, athletic programs, team dealers, corporate accounts, retailers, promotional product distributors, and event organizers
• Manage existing accounts; grow share of wallet through consistent follow-up and proactive servicing
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in Salesforce
• Present product line, capabilities, and pricing to prospects and customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
• Resolve customer issues; escalating when necessary
• Communicate new product launches, seasonal programs, and pricing updates to accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; report field intelligence to management
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings as required
