Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover a local territory with face-to-face meetings. You will work directly with business owners and employees, presenting supplemental benefit options and building long-term client relationships.

You will operate as an independent contractor, manage your schedule, and pursue referrals while meeting performance goals. Travel within the territory and licensing for Health & Life lines within 90 days are part of the development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently within established systems and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with business clients within assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership.
• Identify client needs and recommend supplemental coverage options.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions for clients.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company CRM.
• Prospect new business via referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and track performance goals.
• Monitor daily/weekly activity and report results.
