True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across local Idaho companies. You’ll identify needs, present our health and life insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships with business owners and HR teams.

You’ll set your own schedule, balance in-person visits with targeted outreach, and rely on Salesforce to manage opportunities. We value relationship-building, self-motivation, clear communication, and a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing role—recent graduates welcome.
• Comfort with technology—Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Coachable attitude and a drive to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & connect with local businesses, schedule discovery meetings.
• Present tailored benefits solutions to business owners and employee groups.
• Maintain relationships; respond to calls and emails, manage renewals, assist with claims.
• Track pipeline in Salesforce and manage tasks.
• Collaborate with team in weekly strategy sessions.
• Set own hours to fit the needs of the communities served.
