Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Licensed or able to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with local businesses in the territory.
• Present tailored benefits solutions to owners and employee groups.
• Maintain relationships, renewals, and assist with claims.
• Log interactions and track progress in Salesforce.
