Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory in the United States. This outside sales role lets you set your own schedule and visit businesses in your area to discuss health and life insurance options.

You will build relationships with business owners and teams, present to groups, respond to inquiries, and drive sales while acting as a trusted advisor. Training, bonuses, and ongoing support help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially outside sales.
• Ability to teach others in person and online.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.
• Desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
• Health & Life general lines license, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit small and medium businesses in your own area to discuss insurance options.
• Present to groups of employees, up to 50-100 people when needed.
• Respond to emails and calls from clients and set up meetings.
• Build and maintain your own client list and generate referrals.
• Work with your manager to set sales goals monthly and quarterly.
• Follow up on leads and cold-call new businesses in person.
