Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in the United States is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level territory-based sales role. You'll receive comprehensive training to sell top-tier supplemental insurance to business owners and their staff, with opportunities to engage one-on-one and in group presentations.

You'll use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain — study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local business owners, and follow up on referral leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each day
