Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience in sales.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Willing to obtain state licensing with reimbursement for fees.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics.
• Re-service existing clients and build your client portfolio.
