Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business within a dedicated territory. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining clients through in-person visits and proactive engagement with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.

You will receive comprehensive training, use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and work with a driven team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role with emphasis on new client acquisition.
• Requires active driver's license and transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries.
• Visit new businesses and build client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team to set targets and plan weekly schedules.
• Record daily sales activity and performance.
