Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Climate Control division in Albuquerque. The role is field-based with regular territory visits and a Monday–Friday onsite schedule.

You will drive profitable growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within existing accounts, serving as a consultative partner across multiple market segments. The compensation includes a base up to $50k per year plus uncapped commission, with virtual interviews

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales, territory sales, or account management experience.
• 2+ years of selling a service, operational solution, industrial product, facilities solution, equipment-related offering, or technical business solution.
• Background selling into commercial, facilities, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service-based markets.
• Proven ability to conduct customer meetings, discovery calls, presentations, contract discussions, and closing conversations independently.
• Strong CRM proficiency including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and account strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory through a combination of account management and new business development.
• Develop strategic relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and customer referrals.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, discovery conversations, and solution-based sales discussions.
• Build and execute territory plans focused on revenue growth and market penetration.
• Maintain CRM activity, sales pipeline, forecasting, and account planning.
